Professional Chimney Care From Start to Finish

There’s nothing quite like gathering around the fireplace with family and friends. At AAA Home Services, we want you to enjoy those moments with comfort and confidence. That’s why we take the time to provide a thorough chimney service while treating your home with the care and respect it deserves.

What to Expect From AAA Home Services

Your experience begins with our friendly Customer Service Representative, who will help schedule a convenient date and time for your appointment. When your technician is on the way, you’ll receive an en route notification, so you know when to expect us.

When our technician arrives, we encourage you to share any concerns or questions you may have about your fireplace or chimney. If you’ve noticed odors, smoke, changes in performance, or anything else that just doesn’t seem right, please let us know. We’re here to listen and help.

Before beginning the service, your technician will carefully prepare the area in front of your fireplace with protective drop cloths. Our professional equipment, specialized chimney vacuum, rotary rods, brushes, and inspection equipment are then set up to help keep the work area clean and controlled.

Thorough Service Using Professional Equipment

Using professional rotary rods and brushes, the chimney flue is swept from inside the home when appropriate. With today’s roof designs, heights, and accessibility challenges, working from inside allows us to provide a thorough service while keeping technician safety and protection of your property a priority.

But we don’t stop at the flue.

Our technician also addresses the firebox and firebrick walls, damper area, and smoke chamber, brushing and vacuuming appropriate areas to remove accumulated soot, creosote, and debris.

We Take a Closer Look

Once the sweeping is completed, we want you to know more about the condition of your chimney, not simply that it has been serviced.

That’s why AAA Home Services includes a camera inspection of the flue, along with an evaluation of accessible components of the fireplace and chimney system.

Depending on accessibility and the system being inspected, our technician evaluates areas such as the:

• Flue and liner

• Firebox and firebrick

• Damper

• Smoke chamber

• Chimney exterior

• Chimney crown and accessible rooftop components

You will also receive pictures and an inspection report documenting our findings.

We Take Time to Explain What We Find

One of the most important parts of our service is helping you understand your fireplace and chimney.

Our CSIA Certified Chimney Technician will review the findings with you, show you areas that may need attention, answer your questions, and explain any recommendations.

If we identify something that should be monitored, repaired, or evaluated further, we’ll show you what we found and explain why it matters, so you can make an informed decision for your home and family.

Why Regular Chimney Service Matters

As you enjoy your fireplace, soot, creosote, and other debris can accumulate within the system. Regular chimney service helps reduce these deposits and provides an opportunity to identify obstructions, deterioration, cracks, or other conditions that may require attention.

Making chimney service and inspection part of your yearly home maintenance, especially before the burn season, can help you stay ahead of potential concerns and enjoy your fireplace with greater confidence.

Caring for Your Chimney Means Caring for Your Home

At AAA Home Services, we understand that we’re not simply working on a chimney. We’re working in your home and around the fireplace where your family gathers and memories are made.

Our goal is to provide professional service, protect your home while we work, answer your questions, and help you understand the condition of your fireplace and chimney.

Let us take care of the dirty work, so you can get back to enjoying the warmth, comfort, and memories that make your fireplace such a special part of your home.
